CTD goodsprings ghost town when approaching powder gangers.

I keep crashing when I do the first big battle in the game really. it's whenever it loads the powder gangers and they become visible or when they start firing. Not sure what's causing this. I've had all the mods I have now on before so I'm not sure where there is a conflict I've used nvedit, LOOT, and NVAC and nothing seems to be working

So far it's working now, I saved as soon as I left the goodsprings gas station and it didn't crash. I also changed the load order around so that all nvec content loaded last. I guess that did the trick? I also re-installed breezes new vegas males.
