Flouresrcent colore hands?

I created a custom/copy playable raider race

i have breezes nv males installed

i think this is the problem

i made a race with the tatto no problem

but i would like to have a race with the dirty skin and raider eyes & tatto

but the hands have flourescent colors rest of body ok

i have tried manually applying the male hand textures from his mod they show up right on the preview but still colored hands in game any one know wich raider hand texture is the

dirty skin from this mod the title -ext?

help ty

i have extracted the original textures with the archive utility and they dont work either?
