Game crash when i get out of Dr. Mitchel house

Hello, I'ts my first time playing Fallout New Vegas with mods and the game crash after i get out of doc. Mitchel house.

 

I try to run the game using FOMM, NMM and FNV4GB and nothing. I use the BOSS program and FNVEDIT and noting yet.
