Skyrim crash immediately/instantly on startup (no its not the loadorder)

[FIXED] I'm so tired of surfing and applying fixes with zero luck. After going through the 'RealVision ENB' mod and all the necessary mods in there, Skyrim crashes instantly as I open it.

Yes I have cleaned the master files & Yes the load order is perfect with zero errors and No TES5EDIT does not show any errors either. I have not messed with the skyrim.esm either. I have the latest directX and vcredist too. All games run normally and this one before modding.

When I right-click and 'troubleshoot compatibility', the game suggests running in XP-Sp2 compatibilty. Doing that starts the game directly in the menu but as I click 'new game', the menu fades away and the same screen with the dragon logo goes on and on with the skyrim soundtrack in the background, going no further nor backwards.

I am sure you are not going to want to hear this, but you might want to (With NMM) remove any modes that use bouncing XXX and or the high heel mod and see if your game will start. If it does try adding those Mods back in one at a time. I do have the Realistic Rag Doll and XP-Sp2 installed and had to get them in the right activation order (not just load order) to get my game not to crash. I am running those even though I don't use the Real High heels or Bouncing stuff mods.

I hope this helps.

Sorry I dont have any of those, just the mods from the realistic enb description. I just attached a .txt with the installed mods. Could you suggest the next step? deactivate mods one by one? starting from?

Does Tes5Edit load all the mods without error? You can use T5E to validate your load order will actually load if you haven't tried that. Just run it and click OK, all your active mods should be selected by default and will be processed in their load order. It will tell you if any mods fail which is seen as a CTD at game start up.
