Where oh Where?

Hello all, I am new to Fallout 3 and currently doing the Wasteland Book for Moira. Have done all up to researching Rivet City, and there Is where I am stuck. Spent around 48 actual hours looking for the entrance, I have even swum all round it twice, looking underwater as well.

 

Some help,hints would be nice, I really enjoy this game but am becoming very frustrated now.

I assume that you are OK getting into Rivet City itself (top level of the structure, push the intercom button, then wait) and are now looking for access to the Broken Bow.
