@LordFrostCraig: I saw the image of the guard armor, and i like it : )

@both Pittcrew and Frostcraig: for the castle, maybe if we use the "Bravil Castle extiror" maybe we could recolor the castle extiror grey bricks into brown if its possible for some reasons.

1. I would choose the bravil castle cause since bravil is sort of like a dock town.

2. If it is possible to turn a vanilla castle to the brown, it could be an advantage to match the city's theme.

Wait a minute, What about if we could use part of the Battlehorn castle extierior cause last time i remember, I think it was brown?

Here is the first part of the quest.

Quest #1 "the birth of the snake".

Story: With a fame of 25 or more, you will be approched at the imperial market by a male argonian named "Seth-Lee".

He tells you that he has been following your adventures and he is really pleased. Atfter the intro, Seth will ask you if you would like to join him to investigate an abandoned castle he had found recentlly. You of course, agree and then Seth marks the location in your map and then joins you as your companion(make him forever esstential). When you and Seth find and enter the abandoned castle, You and Seth will see that it is run over by Deadra. After you and Seth defeat the deadra, you will see a ghost guiding you to the abandoned count's quarters, when you and seth arrive in the quarters, you will see on top of the broken bed a note from the Formor count of Serpenthelm. The note explains that the count lost hope cause the empire never came for Serpenthelm's aid but the count did have some hope because he had sent his son/daughter to the imperial prison for protection hoping that you will return to restore Serpenthelm's formor glory as count(ess). After reading the note, Seth will be amazed by the fact that the castle was once a major city and you are the heir, Seth will also explain that you will need proof that there was a serpenthelm and you are the heir. You then of course search through the jewalery box that contain "Serpenthelm ring of Office". After you and Seth go to Ocato, Ocato will be amazed that one of the grand cities was ignored, and then when you give him the note and ring, Ocato will be as pleased as ever and then returns you the ring and promotes you as the "Count(ess) of Serpenthelm" and Seth as your advisor/steward. And then the first quest concludes Stay tuned for Quest 2

i think we should keep it as an open town, that way ships can go directly from the river into the town. also there is a mod out there that makes all the major cities open that a lot of people including myself use, so I think it would be in our best interest to keep it open.

Quest #2 - "building the snake"

Story: After becoming the count(ess), you will then speak to Seth-Lee about restoring the city, Seth will say that it is a good idea but the castle will have to be restored first so by paying seth 100,000gold, you will then have to wait in one of the cities for well 3 days. After 3 days, the castle will be restored, furnished, and of course Seth will be there around your own throne room. The next thing that seth will tell you about is the fact that it is now time to rebuild the city walls and buildings. Seth will give you the list of buidings that needs to be built along with the prices. The following are 1. The city walls(Seth will tell you that the walls will need to be built first)= 500,000gold, 2. the houses= 1,000gold, 3. The guild halls(fighters and mages)= 2,500 gold, 4. the shops= 3,000 gold, 5. the inn/tavern= 500gold, 6. the docks=3,500 gold, 7. (if you guys like it) the Arena= 4,000gold, and 8. The library=500gold. If you are ready, by talking to Seth, you will have to make one construction at a time and it will take a week for the walls and 4 days for the buildings. When thats done the quests concludes stay tuned for quest 3 - "The people of the snake"

I think it should be a closed town, then later you/I can make it an open town as a compatiablity patch type thing. Also, I'll make an esm of all this once I'm done, so we can just use a Serpenthelm masterfile that stores all the info, like quests and models, then a Serpenthelm player file that places it in the world (master = esm, player = esp)

Anyways, after NifScope stops messing itself up, I'll put up a pic of the new castle pieces. (Whenever I accidentally click the castle in the render, it crashes *sigh*)
