Laser Pistol model gone replaced with red rectangle

Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is where I should be putting this. In fact, I'm not even sure if PN is causing this but I thought at the very least you guys would know what might have gone wrong. Heres the situation. I installed A Tale of Two Wastelands and PN along with AWoP, Eve, Extended Crafting, Darnified UI and UIO. Anyways, everything seems to load correctly except for it telling me I appear to be using 1 or more DLC patches plus the All DLC patch.

 

When I load into the Vault 101 and Amata gives me a laser pistol that pistol doesn't show up in my hands. In first person mode I just have a white overlay on everything. If I go into 3rd person mode there is a red rectangle like thing surrounding me. I can shoot the laser pistol but no sound happen but I do see a like white arrow appear on the wall where I shot. Its pretty strange.
