I will go though the process to find out which mod is the culprit.

I am posting here to see if anyone knows off hand. It is a mod on GEMS.

 

If anyone knows which mod is causing this issue, please let me know. I will post my results at the bottom of this post once I root out the problem.

 

 

 

Turns out this is a joke in protest to paid mods by the author of "Animations" mod.

There is an option to disable it in the MCM menu.

When you go to disable it, tick the "activate mod" box, then tick the deactivate paid bullshit. Accept the 29.99 request (its a joke), and bam. No more prompts.

 

I dont know why the mod author thought it was a good idea, but thats how it goes.

Only mod I know that tried that sort of thing was Midas Magic.

What happens when you click the "pay" option? Does your browser launch and loads the mod's page? That might make it...easier to track down the culprit?

LAst time I tired, it closed the game. If you decline, it also closes the game.

I solved it though. Solution is in the main post.
