Constant Crashes - My load order?

My game keeps crashing every few minutes after starting a new game or loading a save. Here is my load order:

Using the conflict checker says there's some stuff going on, but I can't tell what is actually a problem and whats a false positive.

Seriously, I'm at my wit's end here. It seems Francesco's mod conflicts with both the Official Plug-ins and every single Unofficial Patch. That can't be right.

 

My goal with my mods is simply to have the base game, plus the expansion, plus 2 official plug-ins, all patched up, modified by Francesco's and with some graphical/atmosphere improvements thrown on.

 

I can't believe this is so hard to get working, it's almost not worth it.

Have you tried running BOSS?

Basically, it will auto-sort your load order for you. It's a priceless program, that's for sure. Give it a try.

Yes, I did. All it mentions is for the unofficial patches I should use the MOBS version of them, but:

 

When I installed Franceso's mod, I opted to not use MOBS

and

The MOBS versions of these patches do not seem to exist anywhere
