McclaudEagle Posted January 13, 2011 Share Posted January 13, 2011 Hi. I am trying to make a realism mod of my own, as many people's idea of realism differs from the next. Here's a few ideas I have in mind: 1. All human NPCs have a maximum of 100 HP 2. Weapon damage will vary, depending on the weapon used. Example: a 9mm Pistol will do 25 Damage. 3. Food will no longer replenish health. 4. Stimpaks will take longer to achieve their full effect. Those are just a few of the many changes I intend to make. However, I have already hit a roadblock. The problem I am having at the moment is weapon damage. Whenever I enter a certain number in the GECK's weapon damage editor, that number will be totally different from the number displayed in-game. This is becoming very annoying as I have tried to fix this for 2 weeks. I find it totally unrealistic that a firearm will change its damage based on the user's experience with it. Basically, if the weapon says 50 damage in the GECK, I want it to do 50 damage in-game whether I have 0 Guns skill or 100. If anyone knows how to deal with this, I'd greatly appreciate the help.
