Oblivion crashing from a modded weapon, was fine yesterday

Been heavily modding Oblivion these few days and everything went fine last night. I found a few new mods and added some and started to have problems. There are two major problems right now:

1. Whenever I equip Frostmourne the game would be fine. If I try to hold the weapon instead of having it sheathed the game would crash. I had the Frostmourne mod last night and used it for a while and it was fine. Something I added must have screwed it up.

2. Whenever I exit out of Oblivion, it would not respond. It's not that big of a problem to me, but it's signaling that there are some problems with the mods.

 

I have ran BOSS on this (updated master list today) and it doesn't detect anything.
