[Request] Sueing poeple who send hired thugs after you

Have you ever stole something from a store and didn't get caught then come back to the same store later and find hired thugs waiting for you? Or even if your taking a nice stroll on the roads of skyrim to find thugs runing after you? If you survived you find a paper with hard evidence of who sent these guys after you, but what can you really do about it? If the person is important like a trader you wouldn't want to kill them for revenge and stealing their sweet roll doesn't seem satisfying enough (maybe to some people). It makes you really want to make them PAY. With the sue people who send hired thugs mod lawfirm you can now sue those pesty traders who don't have any hard evidence that you stole from them (As soon as someone who is not me makes this mod). Hopefully my sales pitch was good and someone will be inspired to work on this mod and maybe use the courier to transfer funds to make this a really "immersive experience". (Note: I'm not trying to sell anything lol. You guys should know what i mean about sales pitch in this aspect.)

Or just hire some thugs to rough up the person who sent hired thugs to rough you up.

It's a vicious cycle of thugs.

Come to think of it, considering the thugs pretty much try to kill you, and the contract states the one who sent them is okay with that... doesn't that essentially make them assassins?

We're talking about people who will put out a hit on you for shoplifting. That has got to be pretty illegal even in Elder Scrolls, right?

Not the ones for stealing it says to rough him up and not kill him ,but the thugs try to kill you anyway. For killing someone's friend or family they want to kill the dragonborn which is written in the contract. I don't know how it will go sueing someone who tried to assassinate you since it's a serious crime and it's written in the evidence (contract). Maybe more money or send them to jail? Sending thugs after them could be tricky since you have to pay for "hired thugs" (they would be volunteer thugs if you didn't pay which doesn't make much sense) and how would you know they beat him/her up if your not there and if you are then your at the scene of the crime lol. It would be easier sueing them i feel since no one gets hurt or creates bugs/issues with quests or anything. It could be easy like talking to a guard (in the town they live in) to sue someone and giving the contract then later a courier brings you a letter from the guilty saying sorry or whatever as well as a pouch of gold. (edit: coding this in with a mod wouldn't be easy like a piece cake/sweetroll ,but it's a more simple approach then having thugs beat someone up)
