LE Reset or Refresh NPC Inventory

I'm addicted to the Your Market Stall mod. I enjoy being a Khajiit merchant and selling my stolen wares to the towns people. I especially like using the cannibalism mods and making human meat pies for the people to unknowingly purchase.

The problem is, once an NPC purchases something from me, it's in their inventory seemingly forever. I have people walking around with 50 human pies in their pockets! As you can imagine, this creates quite a bit of bloat.

It also breaks immersion.

I would like a mod where after every day, anything the NPCs bought just sort of...disappears. You know, they served the pie to their family, they put the broom they bought from me in their living room at home, they decorated their kitchen with the bowl I sold them.

I've Googled this, I've searched Reddit, Nexus and Steam Workshop, but have found no solution.

Is this even possible? Or would it break the mechanics of the game?

Have you tried using the console and typing resurrect? This will refresh the target's model and inventory. However, I don't use this mod and cannot speak for the command's effectiveness in this regard.
