Ive seen some mods before that use something like it, but i dont know what to search for on google :PAnyone know what program im talking about?:P Im not talking about the voice change thingy! A good free voice changing program is Audacity, its pretty easy to use and has lots of user made tutorials on the net on how to change voices to really cool effects. Now text to speech ones, they don't make great voices, they are the monotone voices to read things for blind people etc. However they make okay voices for robots, now that you know what they're called I'm sure you can just google it.
