Apply the modifier as LordFrostCrag said, choose the proper dimension to mirror by. It should be X if you did not rotate the body. Click the "apply" button on the modifier panel, and then save and export as a .nif with the default settings.

here is what i am doing

 

i open blender click file-import-netimerse then i left click the file and click import file then i click add modifier and mirror then i click apply then i click save and its a blend file then i click export then i dont know what to do or if im doing somthing wrong

The C isn't capitalized dang it!

 

Anyways, hit A to select everything, then export as NetImmerse. If you hit save, it saves as a blend file.
