skyrim77777
I'd love to be able to switch to a closer, over the shoulder view when exploring. I'm happy with the horse and combat cam but would love to have the indoor cam available outside. Or even the Witcher Sense cam but without the other visual effects. Thanks for reading. topeira
+1 i would also love such a mod. right now it seems like we are very limited in what can be done :\
skyrim77777
Yeah, I'm surprised CDPR didn't put in a zoomable view, when out of combat, using the mousewheel. Not that I'm asking for a mod with that much detail, just a way to toggle between normal and over the shoulder. I noticed that Geralt is more down and to the left in Witcher sense mode, so maybe that view without the distortions would be better than the indoor view since when indoors he's a bit too close to the centre. Oh, and I also noticed that the game can go into indoor cam mode while outdoors if you go over the weight limit, in case that helps. skyrim77777
http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/151/? If you don't mind holding the button/trigger down then this works to have Witcher Sense (a closer camera view) without the distortions.
Sablicious
It blows my mind that in 2015 game devs still 'forget' to give the players play perspective options -- TP, FP, zoom levels, hight, FOV et al.. Why force the player to play the game a certain way that might not suit them and thereby alienate a demographic of a game? Why not satisfy as many people as possible? It's not like a camera distance slider would be that hard to include in video games...
Mav112
I agree Sablicious. For example, at long last, Rockstar finally gives you an option to switch between first and third person view. Before that, one had to rely on modders... when and if something was created. Best would be if it were there from the start. Like you said, it's 2015 now, and the hardware has become better, so that's not an excuse anymore. At least that what Rocktar said, now when they added the option to ps4, xbone and pc.. but i take that with a pinch of salt. Even Doom had first person view, back in 1993  Edited June 11, 2015 by Mav112
