Problem with textures

[OBLIV_2008]

Here is the thing, I downloaded this one mod, installed it, then decided I didn't want it. I deleted the mod and for some reason things were not acting right in the game. So I decided to re-install everything and start from scratch. These are a list of the mods I have installed and activated at the moment,

Thing is I had more than these installed and running before I reinstalled and everything worked fine. The weapons that are added from the cfwr mod work, but the textures on the guns change while I walk with the background, and the images in the pip boy are not showing up. What is going on with it. Help please.

 

P.S. I just remembered something I am going to try, I don't think it will matter but, going to try it anyway.

 

Well, it didn't work,s till have the same problem. Going to un-install and try again since I can't seem to get any replies as to yes I can help you or no I can't.

 

One more thing why in God's name does it take 5 HOURS!!! to install the DLC pack.
