CK Not Rendering Ground Pieces

I asked this out in the mod troubleshooting forum but I'm hoping I have a better chance at an answer in here.

 

Nice to have made the big leagues BTW, I'll try to not ask too many stupid questions as I'm learning. :D

 

 

Keeping it simple, I;m trying to make a compatibility version of my Dawnguard Sentries mod that works with Open Cities. I'm pretty sure I'm following what Arthmoor did there; move everything by hand to the Tamriel World Space instance of the walled towns and then make all the tweaks to the gates, quests, etc... to support the changes. If there's more I need to be aware of let me know.

 

So I went to put my Sentries into the Tamriel Worldspace version of the cities and I'm getting missing ground pieces here and there, I'm getting a "can't render texture" error pop up also but I haven't been doing this long enough to recognize the code for the texture(s). What I'm trying to figure out is if I'm doing something wrong, or maybe there's just a setting or two I need to tweak in my SkyrimEditior file (to use more memory, etc..).

 

I've tried the obvious and hit F5 with no results. Any ideas?

Are you talking about chunks of the heightmap failing to render? 'Cause I've never had that problem.

 

I've had issues with static pieces (e.g. buildings, mountains, dirt cliffs) failing to render. I solve those by changing the uGridsToLoad setting in the Preferences window. Literally any value will work; you just want to change it to "kick" the Creation Kit into restarting the renderer.

You just asked this at a stupid time at least for me, my ass is on vacation, and /patmyownback I doubt anyone has helped as many people with world space ck issues as yours truly

 

Won't get around to it till the weekend but I could use ss of what you are seeing etc
