riverwalker76
I'm going to reinstall FO:NV, and need to save my 'Saved Games' before I remove the game entirely. I've played the game 4 times through with different mods, and the mods are all intertwining at this point. I want to do a fresh install, and pick-up where I left off in the last campaign. How do I do that? Also ... I have FOMM Installed. Do I need to remove / reinstall it as well? Thanks in advance.
LtRhapthorn
Well, first, you need to make a clean save. Simply de-activate all your mods, load a save, save it as a new save. Then, you need to go to your "Saves" folder in your "FalloutNV" in yout "My Games" folder, which on my PC is \My Documents\My Games\FalloutNV\Saves. Inside you will see all your saves. Highlight all the files in there, and copy/paste them into a safe place. Then do the standard uninstall/reinstall procedure, then simply take the save files you copied, and put them back in the directory you got them from. Et Voila, your done.
