Heavy modded game crashes at level up, some locations

I have been having trouble with Fallout 3 crashing for a while. I have modded it quite a bit. I am not sure entirely when it started crashing, but it is just getting worst. At one point it started crashing upon saves, but I figured out a way around that.("~kill" on self, upon reloading, it saves fine). It also crashes at certain locations, one that I remember off hand being Wheatons Armory. Someone please help, this is my favorite game and I want to be able to enjoy it like I used to with out it constantly crashing. Now many of these mods are more than likely older versions as I haven't updated many of them. I also have turned off many mods that I deemed working unsatisfatory, but like I said , many of these are older versions pf the mods. Anyway, this is my load order

I am using Windows 7 64 bit OS, on an ASUS G72GX notebook, using Geforce GTX 260M. Please help me out somebody.
