How to make cutscene in GECK?

I wanna know to make the player a captive audience to the "event" or "dialogue" and when the script responsible for the event is done then the player will have his HUD back and access to items, etc.

 

It might be easier if I just knew the script(s) responsible for the Doc Mitchell intro part and I could probably learn from there. If anyone could just quickly tell me which script is responsible then that would be greatly appreciated, and would save me time from looking through everything or maybe point me towards a tutorial for this sorta thing. Thanks in advance and doubly thanks if anyone can help me out :)
