TrooperScooperMKII
I would love to see a consolidated mod expanding all of the settlements and adding more NPCs. The latter mod has already been made, but, aside from a handful of individual projects around specific settlements, no one seems to have worked to significantly expand the entire wasteland, probably due to the magnitude of such a project. I personally have little experience with GECK, but I'm sure this would be a popular mod if it was ever released, so I'm just throwing thsi out there. Is anyone interested in making a team or something to do this?

I think that Sloan was too small despite it being a small mining community and the Deathclaws hanging about, there's a mod which cleans up Primm and adds a new vendor and that's enough for me. In general i feel that having smaller settlements suits the Mojave, and should just include new towns like 'Rust Town.' Saying that all of the boarded up buildings in Goodsprings could be opened up to make the town look more busier atleast. Im currently working on a mod which improves and expands Freeside and the Strip, because i think the population in the Mojave should be sparsely populated and then gather in numbers in one place where its safe and what not. (This is the one thing which disappointed me most in NV, because i was expecting the Strip you saw on the advertisements and be brimming with tourists, but it was just as empty as any other place.)
