Skyrim CTD when I click Continue/New/Load

First of all, Im a noob at these things, so please be nice. Second, I have googled through so many different answers and solutions, but none of them have worked and I dont know what to do now. I played the game yesterday, it was all going smoothy (I crash sometimes, but I expect that from the mods I have), but today when I had installed a couple of new mods, it just will not go beyond the "continue" button or whatever I click on the main menu. Now, I do what I always do when it crashes, I check the mods and loading order with TES5edit, and nothing seemed to be out of order. I continued to google the problem and figured I should download a program named LOOT, so I did. I checked the warnings and errors I had, I have a couple of errors and figured that might be the problem. So I fixed those errors and uninstalled some outdated mods and I also installed the unofficial patches for skyrim and all of the dlcs, because LOOT suggested me to do it. Yet after all of this, the game will still not go beyond the main menu. I found a video on youtube which explained me to go into the APPDATA file, find local, skyrim and check the PLUGINS text file; so I did. In the videos, they say they often have two of the "skyrim.esm" and they remove one of them, and the game runs fine. When I check the PLUGINS text file, there is no "skyrim.esm" or "update.esm" in the text file, but no one told me that would cause an issue. I checked the other text file of LOAD ORDER, and "skyrim.esm" and "update.esm" are both there, so I figured it shouldnt really be that much of an issue, but its still strange. I went over the load order countless times and checked if there was a fault in it, I cannot find any faults. I admit I have a lot of mods, but they worked fine yesterday, so why did it suddenly become an issue? I need help, and I would rather disrupt my gameplay, or delete my saves and whatnot.

I used TES5edit to check for errors and problems, and there are none, so I cant do anything with that.

I also use NMM, of course, to install and setup my mods, but since they were all working perfectly fine yesterday, and I doublechecked, they cannot all have suddenly gone corrupt on me.
Please help me with this issue. (I'd rather not uninstall the game, go full vanilla and lose my saves ..)
EDIT: I figured I should state some of my settings and such. I have an Intel® Core i7-4810MQ CPU @ 2,80gHz, my RAM is 12GB and is a 64bit based system. It is indeed a MSI laptop, designed for gaming with some NVIDIA Geforce software stuff (now, I dont know what any of this is because im a noob, but hey.. Its good, right?). I also forgot to mention I run SKYUI and SKSE, and they are both updated.
If there is any more information you require, please reply; I will answer asap.

CTD solved in my case.

 

I have

New Skyrim installation, modified it for last week, 250 plugins. Mods: all DLCs, off. and unoff. patches, XP32, CBBE, Racemenu (used to have also ECE but problematic, maybe proper installation could help), Requiem, Phinix ENB (Enboost before it), CoT, RND, ApachiiSkyHair, Alternate Start, 3DNPC, DSpSoB, FNIS, Frostfall, Real Shelter, SMIM, UFO, ...

SKSE 172 and 173 later when triing to address bug source.

No LOOT error (many warnings I probably should TS5Edit out or Wrye Bash patched), many papyrus warnings and errors (should I try to solve them?).

Brand new character started by Alternate start, no relict scripts found by Save Tool.

 

I experienced

Almost every time CTD when trying to load in the middle of the game/died.

Papyrus log ended by see lower - every time without any common preceeding log

[05/27/2015 - 11:32:15PM] VM is frozen
[05/27/2015 - 11:32:15PM] Reverting game...

MIcrodumps not tried to log events deeper.

 

Issue started to appear in the middle of modding/testing process (last week, new installation).

Among other adviced, I have read on the Internets that this may be caused by used XP32 or Racemenu or SKSE 172. Tried to downgrade to 171, but not sucessfull - SKSE got disabled and Requiem crashed game after a message. I moved all SKSE scripts out and as result I had no CTD after load/death.

 

Solved by upgrading Racemenu 321 to 322

What ma have helped too: Installing SafeLoad mod, adding recommended properties to SKSE.ini
