Floatsup
I've checked out the oblivian tutorial on clutter, and using there supplied clutter gather'er thingy, and its still a pain in the arse, is there an easier way to move this process along. Holy chit, Im on my second day putting crap in. Granted there very large room, with an industrial size room, but OMFG, this is slow. davidlallen
I have gotten a little faster at doing this, but I agree it is still slow. In the render window, are you using the "f" key to make the object fall to the right Z value? Are you using "ctrl-d" to duplicate, and "ctrl-f" to change? These three keys have helped me speed up a little. Also, to be honest, as a player I don't find much value in the clutter. So as a modder, I don't put much in. I did put 40 tins of "Cram" on one set of cabinets, but that didn't take long with group selecting, "ctrl-d" and "f".
