Lots of CTDs

I'm getting a huge amount of CTDs, eventhough I'm running pretty low on mods, got my LO sorted, patched my game, made sure system requirements are met, and kept my video settings as Fo3 set them first time I launched,

Does someone know what the problem could be?

Do you have a quad core? There's an INI fix for that.
