Need some quick help with Skyrim Redone

I've been playing Skyrim off and on for awhile now but recently installed Redone. Here's what I have figured out to be the problem so far. With Redone, the damage on bows is way to high, which I can fix with the Weapons and Armor Fixes Remade. However, it removes the shortbow/longbow affixes on bows, and it seems they all acted as shortbows (slight movement speed buff when drawn, and they only take a second to draw back). So what I need to know is this:

 

Are bows still separated by long/short even if not in their name? (Does it matter if it's in their name or does it just matter in the files?)

Do they still count towards Redones perk trees?

Is there a way to fix the damage amounts AND have the affixes at the same time?

 

I installed Reproccer, but I cannot seem to figure out how to get the program to run. Any help there?
