PipBoy Readius Glitch

So, I just go Fallout 3 yesterday, and I saw this mod in screen shots for the Shojo Race Mod and I was intrigued. So, I went and downloaded it, and I've been having some issues with it.

 

The Readius is always present on my hand, so when I have my fists readied, there's a flat camera-looking thing sticking out of my knuckles. And when I'm in third person, the place the PipBoy 3000 used to be is just a transparent texture.

 

At one point, this was not an issue, which when I was still in Vault 101, but after a certain point in time every 3 seconds it would bring up a menu asking me to either remap the PipBoy key, uninstall or cancel. And this would happen EVERY 3 seconds. To stop it, I hit the uninstall selection, which unequipped my armor and weapons and it said to go get rid of the file from FOMM. This was around the time that James gave me the BB Gun when I was 10.

 

Now that I'm out of the Vault, it's just glitchy and it's an eyesore. Please help!

I got Fallout 3 via torrent, if that may have anything to do with it

FOMM is installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\fomm

 

If any of this has any relevance, please let me know! All help is appreciated, and I'll post screens later if that'll help you help me.

Hmm I have the same problem with other glitchy mods but I want to uninstall it. The instruction said "Use the "Uninstall Mod" button in the mod options menu." Not sure where is that in the FOMM. If you know please let me know. Thanks
