Load Order\Real Injuries

Hello there (:

 

I seem to have a problem with my load order, or I haven't installed some required patches, can't figure out what it is.

 

Anyways, here's the problem: on installing the Real Injuries mod and patching it with RiPnO I can't make my character bleed out. I'm pretty sure it's fixable, as I've had such a problem before on my recently deceased laptop and it worked after something was done to it, yet i can't remember what it was.
