New to Skyrim moding, need some help.

So I'm pretty new to this whole skyrim modding, originally I had skyrim for the ps3 and realized the game just didn't seem whole without the modding. So I bought skyrim and all the DLC a while back off steam, but my computer at the time couldn't handle very many mods. Recently I got a new computer and can run it on the highest settings with all the mods, but now I'm running into some issues with the mod.

 

One of the main reasons I mod is because Skyrim redone seems to bring a new light to the game and I really enjoy it, however there seems to be a lot of mods weapons/armor mods in particular that don't seem to be compatible with it. Since I'm new to modding I don't know if this is simply something I'm doing wrong or if Skyrim Redone was meant to be more of a stand alone mod. I have NEVER finished a full play through of the game yet, So I'm not looking for mods to make the game stupid easy or anything I just want to get everything right.

 

One thing that I...think I know is it shouldn't be the load order. I obviously use NMM but I also use LOOT for the load order, but that doesn't seem to help this issue. I guess in short I'm looking for help to my issue and I'm curious to know if this is a skyrim redone issue or I'm not using all the mods I need to have the other mods configure into Skyre.

 

Some of the biggest issues I'm having right now:

1. Longbow and Shortbow damage really isn't different, same with arrow velocity and draw time.

2. Armor and weapon mods don't seem to mesh well with Skyre(Every weapon in Immersive Weapons is inferior to Skyre weapons)

3. Weapon damage constantly changing (I realize reduced stamina in Skyre lowers weapon damage and there are diseases and stuff that do the same) For example the ebony shortbow I found keeps changing from 108 damage to 132, I realize thats kind of high base damage, but I have a lot of 15% increased archery damage enchants.

4. Double ups of weapons in the crafting screen. (This is an Immersive weapons issue but I thought theSkyre patch would fix this issue with Immersive weapons but it hasn't.)

5. My weapon mods, such as Warriors Within WEapons, Unique Uniques, Unique Bow Collection, Carbon Fiber Bow are all completely worthless because their damage compared to Skyre weapons SUCK!
