[Mod request] Make general skills passive

Hello everyone,

 

I have no experience with modding and I don't possess the technical know-how required to do it, but I was wondering whether anyone here could help me. I'm not the biggest fan of the skill system in this game, but I can see its merits. What I dislike however is that you also have to equip general skills (such as Focus, Rage Management etc.). I want to build an allrounder Geralt, with some skills from each category, but this is extremely difficult with only 12 slots (only level 16 now so I don't have all of them unlocked). I was therefore wondering whether it's possible to make all the general skills you have acquired become passive skills that no longer need equiping?

Looks like everyone is complaining about the stupid skill slots system. Skills are not items, why do we have to equip them to benefit from them? I hope a skilled modder helps us.
