NPC Quest pathing

I did not re-list my other points, but you should finalize the navmesh, make sure you have green triangles by the doors, and view the navmesh from the side to make sure no points are accidentally high above the ground. I have made all these mistakes and they have made the NPCs do random stuff. If all of these seem OK, I don't know what else to suggest, but it is possible to put down navmeshes and have well-behaved NPCs.
