LE Grass mod for cities

There are plenty city mods, but they all cost frames like hell.

Would be really cool to have a mod to just cover the grassy grounds with just 1-2 mesh and textures.

 

Pros:

Really fast to create in creation kit

Looks awesome

Doesn't cost much frames

 

Cons:
None woooohoooo
