LE Time Stop

Hey Nexus, I have an idea for a time stop mod that would be similar to The World from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. There's a couple of "time stop" mods on the Nexus, but they don't actually stop time, they just slow time down a lot (Bend Time by WarriorKeKe). What I would like is an actual time STOP mod that would replace the vanilla Slow Time shout.

 

What it would do is:

-Completely stop time (or if there's technical limitations for that, at least slow it by a ridiculous amount so that no one could tell the different)

-Allow the player FULL mobility while under its affects (so the player isn't slowed at all)

-Make the player undetectable (since time is stopped, NPC's shouldn't be able to see you)

-Walk on water (bonus, would make sense I guess)

-Keep the same blue tint effect as "Slow Time"

 

For balancing:

-Replaces "Slow Time" (possibly add an alternative version for those who want to have both)

-Duration 5s, 10s, 15s (increase for each word used)

-Cooldwon 15s, 30s, 60s (increase for each word used)

 

ALTERNATIVELY

 

-Make it a toggable power w/o cooldown

-Uses stamina (maybe 10 stamina per second?) (playing on the JoJo aspect of how it causes strain on the body when used in repetition; maybe a magicka version as well)

The slow time effect archetype probably has a hard cap. You should try setting the magnitude really high (or low) and see how it goes.

I'm really bad at mods. I tried making something similar to this a couple weeks ago and it just failed. Thanks for the input though.

 

Love your mods, by the way. Just downloaded Drug Lord after I saw Broduals spotlight.
