Need help on my mod please

I've already gotten the Big Horner set up as a companion, now I'm having an issue with the model/mesh. I've done some preliminary editing of the mesh, which is combining the Big Horner mesh and a cart mesh. I haven't completed the modifications yet but I wanted to do a quick test on how it is working out so far. For some reason Blender will not export my current work as a nif. Is it because the 2 meshes are still considered separate? Do I have to somehow merge the 2 objects in Blender before it will export as nif?

 

For those of you who have not seen previous posts about this, I am making this BH companion for the scavenger type players out there. My intention is to merge the BH and a cart so that you can toss items into the cart and avoid some of the weight issues. Make taking all those bottles and cans to the recycling center a bit easier ;)

Oh those are because those parts are for Dismemberment....They don't actually show in game it just tells the game how to rip the body apart basicly so I wouldn't worry bout those grey spots

 

And your white cart is because the inbuilt rendered doesn't show UV maps (I think never really tried it much myself)
