What is the last quest in the Kvatch Rebuilt Mod?

AFAIK, the last real mission is to get a count for Kvatch, although there is another mission afterwards to get a statue built in your image, depending on your "choice" of count. I never did that one as I heard it is somewhat buggy, more so if you are using a custom race.
