falloutFan01 Posted June 2, 2015 Share Posted June 2, 2015 So i have started a new mod and can do it by myself. The problem is what i have planned will take a very long time and it is a good idea. ANY help is wanted. Voice actors of course are welcome but i need help all around. I know how to do a little but of each. But someone who can make quests, a huge landscape that i have already started but not needed. And i would like someone who can script in everything. Again i can do this but after summers up i got high school and a job soon and car all arriving so won`t have much time if by myself.The mod is not based on a named state but lets you decide that. It is again a huge project i have planed. The story is pretty much centerd around an unnamed land controled by the ugro tribe. I won`t explain it all don`t worry but it is alot to this. The basics is the Ncr have sent one failed operation to wipe out everything even farms and crops to stop the legion from gaining everything and of course that is becuase the ncr can not spare any huge effort. This is not decided yet when they show up but when anger arriesed in california the goverment coverd it up and blamed the Troops for being rouge and cut them of from all supplies and contact from the outside world. The ugro tribe holds out for years against a blood onslaught of legion forces. But it was very few real members of the legion in this force.There is only one legion commander and those who follow him are put in charge of other units. Sorry not good with the legion military. The rest of the army are those the legion don`t need or want. Anyone who can`t fight or just can`t be loyal as well as just anyone the legion don`t need. Even women are seen as warriors in this army. Far fronm ceasars rule they started their own group. The only thing that keeps them together is the legate who kills all who disobey. Yet this unnamed legate can see the folly of some of ceasers orgnation. Although loyal beyond doubt the legate will use any means to distory the ugro. Something i haven`t deicded will be told though the legion campaign if you side with them about why he hates the ugro and their will be notes for others. I have alot more lore and the ugro have three campaigns of their own in a civil war but this is the basic ncr and legion. I plan on a normal wasteland with moutanins and a town once in awhile. And i want a city or two but that depends on the amount of support i get and if i can gather a good team. No no tanks like frontier or anything. What i want is a story told by fans. Fallout 4 might be here soon and their are still many of custom tales to tell. This mod i will take every little fallout bit of lore and even use lore from other mods if it makes sense and i will make a amazing mod. The enclave will pop in the brotherhood might be in and the ncr and legion fight with a new indepent faction which has its own problems. Their will be raiders and super mutants. Death claws and geckos. The only dlc as of now i want is hearts. This will help with the tribe like lore i plan on being the main point of this mod. If i get help than we shall do this. We shall have a new choice of a new brotherhood chapter being allies with the ncr. Yes many of you might think i have a wonderful story but can i do it. I will say it once. It does`t matter. I want to do it. I want to take my time with other fallout fans to give you the mod you want. I want something that we might be able to add onto with expasions i want in it`s own way a mini fallout game. I have seen many mods good and bad and i don`t know but i want the help to rival the frontier and project brazil in other elemts of course. We aren`t have custom tanks let them have that awsmness to their mod. This mod is a story of vengence love war betrayal decision making death and most of all people you want to get to know. I don`t care what is needed i will form a team and make the fallout commuitys dream mod. THis is but the outter skin of what will come if you will it. We shall see the enclave again soon. We shall see some brotherhood of steel who are more stubbon than nv. We shall see deeper into the ncr and legion. Most of all a deeper threat rises. I can`t hint beyond that to others outside the team but let`s just say the super mutants will be a major surpise to the main story. I think i want the enclave to be it`s own thing. I don`t know yet but that is why i need you the commuinty to help with this. And one thing to you all, i promise, no i swear to god i will do my best to make this mod not your mod but the mod you want. The fallout you want to see again. Fallout 4 could be years from now but that could be far away from the ncr and such. This will be if i have my way not just a fallout mod and game kinda will be the main thing. The main thing i want here is to unite us all in modding. If you don`t know how to mod than i will help. We will teach others and this will become a amazing thing. Of course this may never happen. But i ask for a team and this great experince. But if i have to i will single handly make it on my own. Will you support the fallout dream? If you don`t know i will help you learn and learn with you.
