LE Casting while sitting down [Request\is this possible?]

Im wondering how easy it is to make a mod that allows you to cast spells in chairs? or basically whenever you do the sitting animation, so like if you used a mod like this you could sit anywhere and cast spells, I want to roleplay sitting in a bar or wherever, my room, and I wana roleplay casting spells to train and stuff.

Is this actually possible though? id make it myself but I don't even know if its possible or whats required to make it, if i knew where to start id maybe start looking up and learning how to do things but I just want to get a feel for if this is even possible and how much work it might take.

There's a Guy that made attacking while jumping possible,so ask him maybe Skyrim Behavior Organizer

Animations could be Tricky though

first person animations could stay the same I guess third person animations would be hard ?

I could see problems with the Vanilla Animations.Because you bend over,your Face will probably end up being where you Knee is.
