Smooth613
Due to the constant stream of Wrye Bash help threads, or confusion of how exactly to install Wrye Bash, I feel it's necessary to announce here that Wrye Bash v291 Installer has been released! This [should] cut back on the "How-to" type posts related to Wrye Bash. Just download the installer (and Wrye Python03a if you do not have an already working install of Wrye Bash), run it (them), and follow the prompts. When complete it will, by default, open the ReadMe and offer to remove any old files from previous versions that are no longer necessary. I highly suggest everyone look over the ReadMe and especially the changelog. Also when you run the new installer it will check for prerequisites, such as Python components, and will not proceed if you do not have them properly installed. This should be of great help for those unsure if they have the prerequisites and then cut down on unnecessary troubleshooting due to this confusion. This greatly reduces the amount of steps that were previously necessary to get Wrye Bash up to the most current version. There is no need to remove your current version or anything of the sort. Just run the v291 installer and it'll do the work for you. Wrye Bash Official Thread @ BethSoft for the most current and complete information. Enjoy!
