I'd really appreciate if someone here could help me. I downloaded the SHD (simulated high definition) mod for witcher 3 and installed it. I wasn't happy with it so I deleted all files but theres still text in the top left corner of the screen as a result of the mod that never disappears. Please if someone knows. I also just noticed that the text even overlaps the steam overlay and not the other way around, if that helps.

Steps

1. Make sure that you remove all of the .dll files from the directory that you installed them in. The files are listed below:

d3d11.dll

ReShade32.dll

ReShade64.dll

2. Delete the "MasterEffect.h" and the "ReShade.fx" files from the folder.

3. Then delete the MasterEffect folder.

Optional

1. You may need to delete any additional folders or files that the "ReShade Setup.exe" created during the install process.

2. Re-run the "ReShade Setup.exe" to find out what additional files were created. (Look at the files with the most current Date)

3. Delete the files that the "ReShade Setup.exe" created.

4. If no additional files were created, try replacing the "Witcher3.exe" with a backup copy.

5. If all else fails, a fresh install should fix your problem.

Thank you for your reply, as I mentioned I have deleted all the files that was related to the mod, the ReShade Setup.exe did not add any extra files as far as I know but I will try what you suggested :)
