Enhanced Shaders ENB help.

So for the life of me, I cannot figure out why this keeps happening.

I've never had an issue installing an ENB on any other game, but I'm struggling on this one.

 

I've disabled Multisampling, Water Displacement, AA and Anisotropic Filtering.

I've also tried a few fixes and nothing seemed to have fixed it.
