Always dark and snowing?

So ever since I activated the Nevada Skies "Winter Edition" Optional ESP It snowed (I expected that.) Then I got tired of the snow and decided to deactivate it. I couldn't find any information on if there was a right or wrong way to deactivate it. But after I deactivate it's been snowing anywhere any time of day and its really getting on my nerves.

 

I miss the sun :sad:
