7thsealord Posted January 23, 2011 Share Posted January 23, 2011 (edited) I've noticed there are mods that expand the 'Robotics Expert' feat, supposedly to the extent that you could (eventually) build your own robot army. Can't vouch for the mods, not having tried them myself as yet, but what self-respecting Mad Scientist could pass THAT up? Some of the .... more exotic Companion mods, certainly, because a Mad Scientist needs minions. The weirder, the better. Ya gotta have a base. A BIG base, preferably. Possibly more than one (always have at least one spare). Plenty of base mods that would suit a James Bond-style villain / Mad Scientist. However, most short-change on obvious stuff like accomodation for minions, plus it's hard to think of any that provide the ..... special facilities that a Scientist-With-Issues might require. With all this in mind, I personally recommend Tec-Vault and/or Enclave Hideout as worth a close look (look great, roomy, kewl stuff, and even loyal NPCs to help run them), plus Alpha-CEV as a personal refuge / "home-away-from home".
