An Armor Request

I've been hankering for a mod similar to this style for a while, and I've finally gotten around to poke the Forums as I can't quite find what I'm wanting.

I've always had a fondness for Amita's attire from Far Cry 4--specifically, the bangles/vest she wears and I've always wanted to see it adapted into the Fallout universe. http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20141126123020/farcry/images/3/3a/Amita1.jpg I would really like seeing the bracelets/necklace/scarf on the chestpiece as well, but my main priority is really getting the vest right--though I am inclined to want something covering up the hands/wrists--any glove/handwrap will do for that section. Mostly I'm looking for the vest over a clothing piece that is white/grey in coloration, has elbow-length sleeves, and gives off a similar vibe to the rest of the outfit--but I ain't gonna be too picky long as it fits that sort of feel.

As far as the waist-down goes, I'm very inclined to want something similar to Cass's vanilla armor http://prntscr.com/7ddb6i -- some sort of rugged, survivor-esque type feel, though I do wonder if it would be practical to instead have the bottoms of the jeans "tucked into" the top of the boots? The armor itself would only need to be for vanilla female--if that helps ease the difficulty any, hah.
Stats? Welp, whatever ya want--I'm not setting any requirements here.
