[mod request] Dismantle Mutagens into generic forms

I don't really know how this would work, but this is the only thing in the game that really bugs me. You can dismantle every monster specific item into generic parts, but you can't dismantle the named mutagens into the generic colors.

Once you've made the specific decoction the named mutagen has no purpose and might as well be turned generic
