Help with lighting

I've never really cared about having a fancy ENB, since I honestly don't see much of a problem with the vanilla lighting - I don't play Skyrim to stare at the scenery, even though there are a lot of mods that do a damn fine job with it.

I do however have a problem with "darkness" in vanilla Skyrim - problem being it's not dark at all. Torches and night vision powers are obsolete, and you can snipe enemies from afar in the middle of night just as well as in broad daylight. Really subtracts from the gameplay it does (immersion too, even though I find that word grotesquely abused by now).

So I've tried a few things, and don't know where to go next. There is Realistic Nights, where you can choose your level of darkness, and that's swell, but it only covers outdoors, and I want darkness in caves and dungeons too. I used to have RN running along Climates of Tamriel, that mod alone gives pretty good darkness, but it bugs up your light sources. I have Chesko's Wearable Lanterns, as well as Spells Give Of Light, but in caves, you get these flickering shadows around you, and you still can't see in the dark. Candlelight works, but probably because it's vanilla.

So in short, I need a mod that lets you choose the level of darkness for both outdoors and indoors, without messing up your light sources, and without needing a powerful PC. My laptop is fairly strong, but I don't need any performance losses.
