Strange issue

I have been playing FO3 since it came out and I have had my share of troubles with mods. I recently decided to start from scratch as my game was just too glitchy from mods. So I did, and I got it running like a well oiled machine. Until tonight, now for so reason if I am in the waste land and press start( pausemenu) I get a CTD. I have not installed any new mods, and I played it for like 6 hours last night. I defragged my game, and tried all types of s***. Nothing works. Anyway, here is my load order. Maybe it has to do with it, but I don't think it does.
