It won't let me apply any new ground textures to the land in a few cells I've been editing. I try to apply a texture but nothing happens. And at the corner of the cell it doesn't blend into the next one (picture should explain it clearer). Thanks in advance.

I'm restarting that cell again and if the problem arises again (Probably shouldn't if I do this carefully) I'll resort to that thread link you posted.
