Questions regarding nude body replacers

I am having an issue regarding which nude body replacer to use in my Fallout 3 –complete with all of the DLC’s? Overall I like Exnem’s nude body replacer for the attention to detail. I mean the breast look virtually realistic. My problem is that there isn’t enough sexy armor or clothing that fits that particular skeleton in Fallout 3.

 

As with Oblivion and Dragon Age Origins I like how the female bodies look in High definition. Therefore, I would welcome any suggestions on how to proceed with adding those types of mods to my Fallout 3 game?

well, if i could say how i would approach this, it would be in the following way:

 

let's say you are now making a female character

will she be running around naked, wearing some sexy (and probably weak) armors\clothing items, or will she be wearing some heavy (but not sexy) armors??

because if you care for the naked body more than the sexy clothing, than go with Exnem's body (if you like it better than the others)

but if you like the sexy clothing\armors better, and would rather have the variety, then you should probably get Type 3\ Type V

 

i'm not sure if FO3 has the same, but i think that it has the Beware Of Girl Type 3 HD body, like in New Vegas (almost positively sure that it exists)

so if you would decide to go with a Type 3 body, search for BlackBlossom's mod, as it has HD textures, and different options, for all your size preferences (unless you are expecting flying balloons, in which i can only recommend a Vertibird :biggrin:)

 

so to sum it up, consider what is more important to you, to look of the body, or the variety of clothing items

or, and this i am not sure of, but there may be a mod that allows you to switch between body models when you want to, or something like this

so if there is one like this, maybe it's what you are looking for, as the best solution

Thank you for pointing out the obvious, that I myself failed to see: and, I don’t mean that f acetiously. :no: Except for tha gapping gash --from front to back-- between her legs, I enjoy watching my character traipsing though the wasteland with nothing on more than a GI utility belt, GI boots and a bandana for clothing. However, I would like to see both Amata and Lucy is something sexy –as with both Jessi and Amy. There's nothing I can do for Dogmeat?!? Thanks again

If you like the sexy clothes, but don't like how weak they are you can always boost them up a bit in the GECK... I myself like the Female form and like it "exposed" but not nude (I feel Imagination is is a good thing and some things should be left to it :) ) So i use the Type 3 for sheer amount of clothing options available. Once i find one i want to use i crack open the GECK and "tweak" the stats a bit, basically to something equivalent to what i would normally be wearing such as Combat armor or whatever my current armor would be in the vanilla game. I am not one for really cheating but i feel that i shouldn't be penelized for wanting my girl to look hot as she is smashing that enclave officers head into the pavement or gunning down mobs of super muties. Just my take on the armor/clothing stat issue

that is true

been doing this in my FO3 time as well, because it's usually the easiest compromise, and also the best one

 

still not really solving the issue (but no complaints, at least not from me)

but a great third way :biggrin:

I appreciate your candor. And, you are indeed correct. The Type 3 body does have a lot going for it. In my Dragon Age Origins game all of my women are armored up, but with sensually revealing armor; and there is a lot to choose from. The same can be said of my Oblivion game, where my girls are all dressed in sexy Amazon armor. Still, in Dragon Age Origins and in Oblivion there are a lot more choices, to choose from, than there are in Fallout 3. That all being said, however, I don't know the first thing about working with Geck. It might be interesting in mentioning that however I dress my female teams in either game -- most of the time-- when the game starts and I am intently into the game I barely notice what they're wearing.

It really is a matter of personal taste more than anything but, Type 3 seems to have the greatest following of modders and there's something new up about every other day. Dealing with the sexy clothes/paper armor, I found a mod that doesn't visually add anything but has several items you can equip and they up your DR, from 10 to 50.
