xR4PT0RxJ3SU5x
So I was digging through my old (and alarmingly over-cluttered) mod folder, and I managed to dig up a 3D Model of the Last V8 Interceptor from the second Mad Max film. I had just enough technical Know how to discover how to import the model into Blender, and to extract the textures from their packaged format into GIMP, however... ...THAT is where my usefulness ends. What I'm trying to do, here, is to find someone with minor experience working with texturing for New Vegas to attach the included textures to the model (pictured below in the attachment). what I'm then hoping to do is to find someone who can rig the model in accordance with the XRE: CARS! add-on guide's instructions. I understand this is a larger undertaking than I may be able to comprehend, and I'm willing to offer up my services as a 2D artist/graphic designer to help in anyway I can with this project. ...ALSO, perform this task for me, and I - myself - shall carry you through the gates of Valhalla. weandi
adding the textures to it would be relatively easy, someone with GECK skills could do it. however attaching it to XRE may prove to be a pain, but maybe just swapping the textures and meshes out of a xre mod, would let you add this car into the game. im unsure of how to do it myself, i have no nifskope skills. devinpatterson
I had just enough technical Know how to discover how to import the model into Blender, A key point would be making absolutely sure you have permission to use the model in your mod. and to extract the textures from their packaged format into GIMP, however... What was the model and or textures packaged format? Does the model have a UV map?
