Can not gain reputation

I started a quest in jacobstown where mercs hired by NCR were attacking the super-mutants. I strolled out and killed them. I gained sneering punk for NCR. After that I loaded tons of mods ( which I just learned about)

Now i cant seem to gain any reputation for NCR, I have completed 4 MAJOR quests where it has shown "NCR fame gained" in the top left but still says "sneering punk" in pip boy under locations and status section. There is a list below of the mods that I have.

 

 

EDIT: I have also saved at a point after the mods, closed out fallout, turned of alll mods in NVMM, reloaded fallout, saved again, exited fallout, reloaded mods in NVMM, restarted fallout and still cant gain reputation.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

All under control for now I used console commands to set reputation. Hopefully it will automatically change from now on without and manual input.
